Multitasking 3
•The 5’ end is cut off and replaced—5’ cap –Protects the mRNA –Acts as an “attach here!” signal for the ribosomes •The 3’ end gets a poly(A) tail consisting of 50-250 A nucleotides –Protects –Facilitates export of mRNA from nucleus

Multitasking 2
Termination of Transcription: •Elongation continues until the RNA polymerase finds the terminator sequence –RNA polymerase releases the mRNA it has made and the DNA molecule from which it has made

Multitasking
Elongation during Transcription: RNA polymerase untwists DNA and adds RNA nucleotides to DNA (about 60 per second) As opposed to DNA replication, the RNA molecule does not stay connected to the DNA transcript

Must be more productive.  Must limit amount of time allotted for crying over cheesy asian dramas and manga.  Must sleep less.  Must run in circles, not walk.  Must be more like this guy: Dramatic running towards success.
